Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, we don't believe in long-term contracts. Our service is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime without penalties. We do offer discounts for quarterly or annual prepayment.

Are MedGuard devices waterproof?

All MedGuard wearable devices are water-resistant and can be worn in the shower, where many falls occur. The pendants should not be submerged in water for extended periods.

What happens if I press the button accidentally?

No worries! There is never a charge for accidental presses. Simply let our operators know it was an accident, and they'll clear the alert. We want you to feel comfortable using your device without fear of charges.
